Please don’t go buy masks, fins and snorkels at K-Mart or Wal-Mart!!! They look good on the shelf, but when the sun and sea hit them, you’ll realize you get what you pay for! We can sell you top quality, professional equipment that actually fits you and will last decades, not one vacation!!! We are true “Duty Free” as we do not pay taxes here in the BVI, so please resist the urge to buy at one of these franchises. You will be shocked when you come in our store and see the low price that we are selling our snorkeling gear for! We have a very low mark-up on our products and we will put you in an affordable, high quality set of gear for literally just a few dollars more than you would have spent at Wal-Mart. Almost every single day, we see guests complaining about the ‘brand new’ mask that broke as they strapped it on, the snorkel that is full of water all the time, and the fin that ripped because…, etc.!!!!

These Wal-Mart and K-Mart products are high production, low quality plastics and resins from China or Taiwan… and not worth anything because they don’t last two vacations or even work in the first place. You’re spending a lot of money to come on vacation to explore our rare and exotic first-class reef systems… don’t let second-class gear make you lose even one day of your precious vacation experience!!! We’ve seen it a thousand times! It would be our pleasure to help you select something that fits you and gives you the comfort and safety you need on the reefs. We also rent snorkeling gear.

We also sell boardshorts, rash guard shirts (fast drying SPF-50 lycra for watersports and beaches), sunglasses, sunscreen, towels, cover-ups, hats, Jost Van Dyke t-shirts, wetsuits, local arts and crafts, souvenirs, Caribbean books, fish identification materials, flags, maps, and just too many other great things to list! We also sell underwater cameras.

Scuba Diving School:
We are a fully licensed and certified Scuba Diving School operating on Jost Van Dyke. We teach beginners as well as advanced certification levels up to Divemaster and Assistant Instructor. We certify through several organizations, including PADI and NAUI. We offer a large selection of Scuba Diving Manuals and materials to help you advance your diving knowledge and education. No, you’re not dreaming, because, yes, we have ADSL on tiny ole’ Jost Van Dyke! You can keep in touch with family and business contacts with our Internet services whether you are using one of our PC’s or wish to hook up your personal laptop. We also have full color printers, copy machines, and offer fax and long distance telephone services.

Hours:
We are open at 8:30 in the morning and close at 8:30 in the evening. We are here Sunday through Friday. Please be advised that we close before sunset on Friday and are always closed all day on Saturdays.
